MI answer all manner of questions on matters pharmaceutical from an emergency
question about dosage from a member of theatre staff, through to a member of
public wanting to know what sort of dressing they have been given. Each request
is entered on a form and a response given as soon as possible depending on
its urgency. The forms are kept for 20 years and help to line the walls of
