A change of perspective, today I spent a couple of hours in the pharmacy waiting
room. I had almost forgotten that sense of mystery and secrecy that....no, this
is wrong, it is more a lack of awareness as to what goes on beyond the hatches.
To members of the public it must seem as though there is just one room beyond
the counter; a room where pharmacists chatter, open and close doors,
answer phones and finally make up prescriptions. Most people wait patiently
the 20 or so minutes for their prescription, perhaps quietly wondering why
it takes so long.
